Step 1: Choose Your Experience

Explore our "Rides" category to find the journey that speaks to your lens. We offer various routes based on areas, seasons, and discovery levels. Since each date is listed as a separate product item, simply select the one that matches your preferred schedule.

Step 2: Simple Booking & Payment

Add your chosen date to the cart and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit cards and digital payments via BASE.

• Direct Booking: If you find the web checkout process inconvenient, we also accept reservations via Direct Message (Instagram) or email. In this case, we will send you a dedicated payment link for pre-payment.

Step 3: Preparation & Clothing

The most important thing to bring is your curiosity and a fully charged smartphone (or camera). * Dress Wisely: Please check the temperature and wear appropriate clothing. We recommend light layers. Avoid dressing too warmly, as you may want to shed layers during the ride, and carrying extra clothes can become a burden.

Step 4: Arrival & Punctuality

On the day of your ride, head to our Meeting Point (The Rental Hub). * Strictly 8:30 AM: To ensure a smooth start for everyone, we strictly adhere to the 8:30 AM meeting time. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or significant delays.

Step 5: Briefing & SnapRide Kit

After picking up your bicycles, we will head to a nearby park for the official briefing. To respect the local environment, all instruction on routes, safety, and photography tips—as well as the distribution of the SnapRide Kit—will take place here.

Step 6: The Ride & Creative Pauses

This is a rhythmic exploration. We cycle at a relaxed pace, stopping frequently to capture the light. There will be 1 or 2 breaks at spots with public restrooms to ensure a comfortable journey for everyone.

Step 7: Debriefing & Farewell

After approx. 3-5 hours, we will hold a short "Debriefing" in a local park to share our favorite captures and wrap up the session. Official dismissal is at this park. From there, we will return to the hub together to drop off the bicycles, and you will be free to continue your day in Kyoto.
